How to submit a ticket

To submit a ticket, you can go directly to our ticketing form at or click the help circle in the top right hand side of the navigation bar within the app and select 'Submit a ticket'.



The following categories can be selected for your ticket - please choose the one that best describes your issue/request:

  1. Product issue
  2. Billing issue
  3. Feature request
  4. General Enquiry


To submit a ticket, please fill out the above fields and give a clear description of what your issue/request is, including any sitemap/team/organization names or user email addresses where applicable.


We endeavour to respond to all tickets within 24 hours, however users can expect an average response time of 3 hours during Monday through Friday 8am - 8pm AEST time.


Please note: We encourage all of our users to upload a screenshot along with your ticket, as this drastically cuts down the time taken for us to identify and resolve the issue you are facing :)
